How Does Pay-Per-Message Work?

Each creator sets a price per message. When you click “Message” on a creator’s profile, you’ll see the fee. You confirm payment using your SoSpoilt credits, and then your message goes straight to the creator’s inbox.

Do I Still Need to Subscribe to Message My Favorite Creator?

No. With Pay-Per-Message, you can message anyone on SoSpoilt without a subscription.

However, if you are subscribed, many creators still offer free or discounted messaging as part of your subscription benefits.

How Do I Pay for These Messages?

You need SoSpoilt credits in your account.

If you don’t have enough credits, we’ll prompt you to purchase before sending your message.

The cost is deducted automatically once you send the message.

What If a Creator Has Both Free Subscriber Messages and Pay-Per-Message?

If you’re already a paying subscriber, your messages should be free unless the creator has changed their settings to charge all users.

If you’re not subscribed, you pay the per-message fee.

Can I Cancel or Refund a Sent Message?

Messages are non-refundable because you gain immediate access to the creator’s inbox. If you experience any issues, contact support@sospoilt.com for help.

Where can I buy more credits?

Go to the SoSpoilt Credit topup page or log into your account and go to “Buy Credits.”

Choose your preferred credit pack, pay using any available payment method, and your credits will be added instantly.

Is Pay-Per-Message Secure and Private?

Yes! All direct messages are private between you and the creator.

What If a Creator Doesn’t Want to Receive My Messages?

Creators can block or report any user if necessary, so please stay respectful and follow our community guidelines.
